Perlman has been a big part of my life since 2014. I first started as a Taste of Perlman camper and I loved it by the end of the first day. My mom had packed me with 2 full giant duffle bags– these duffle bags are 6 feet long, big enough to hold me! Somehow my mom knew I would want to stay for the second session.

Perlman has been the one of the best decisions of my life. I have made so many lifelong friends at Perlman that I will always cherish. I have decided to have my bat mitzvah at camp because I want to share this special event with the people who mean so much to me . My Perlman family has become my summer family. They always pick me up when I fell down, make me laugh without fail, and so much more. Sharing this occasion with my Perlman family just seems right.

As part of my mitzvah project, I am hosting a fundraising event with Orangetheory to benefit the Perlman Scholarship fund. I want to be able to give other children the opportunity to have the same Perlman experience that I do.

Please come work out with Perlman parents and the Potomac Orangetheory community on March 24th from 3-4pm. You do not have to be an OTF member to participate in this special event. You can sign up for this event by clicking here.

Thank you for your support.
